The book i recommend is called 'Schooled' by Gordon Korman. I recommend this book because there is always something happening and there isn't too much boring parts that put you to sleep. It's about a hippie who is home-schooled named Cap Anderson. His grandmother fell off a tree and has to stay in the hospital and that leads to Cap Anderson stay with a family and go to a public middle school. He starts off as a easy target to pick on because he was a home-school hippie and considered a nerd. As the story goes on he gains a lot of popularity and the antagonist, Zach Powers, fails his attempt to humiliate him. Towards the end of the story, Cap's grandmother heals from her injury. His family then grows financially at the end. (208 pages)
