I'm so glad Harry and Ron got into Gryffindor together! I hope they achieve big things! I always sing along to the Sorting Hat's song and the school song. It is really fun! I wonder why Harry's scar hurt at the feast. I also wonder why they can't go into the third-floor corridor on the right hand side. I wish Dumbledore would have told them why. I think Peeves should have had more of a part in the movies though. I think Harry needed the visit to Hagrid's just to unwind a little bit from his whole new lifestyle. What is Hagrid hiding? Harry is a natural at riding a broom! Yeah! Something that he is good at! He is better than Draco! I thought McGonagall was going to expel Harry at first, but then putting him on the Quidditch team was amazing! Draco needs to be hit or something. I can't believe that he would stoop that low to get Harry in trouble. Hermione should not have followed them out of the common room just so she could let them back in if the fat lady was not there. Poor Neville though. He forgets quite a lot. I wonder what exactly was under that trap door though. I guess we'll find out everything later in the book. It just keeps getting better and better. Also this isn't really about the book, but I'm on vacation until Saturday. I will try to get on here when we have to post, but I might forget. So, sorry ahead of time if I forget to post. I think we just found out why they couldn't go to the 3rd floor for that big three headed doggy. and I agree with you about Draco needing to be hit and it's kind of funny too. Also I kind of feel like Neville, because I for get things a LOT too!!!:):)

Coming from a big sports fan and athlete I think it is neat how the school have their own sports. It is almost like soccer, quitige is except they are riding brooms. I agree with Rachel on how Draco should be hit in the head but with herminy following them I thought was the right move but that is just my opion.

Well,Harry and Ron were lucky for Hermione to follow them, because they would of been in super big trouble if they she didn't open the door for them. So yes I think it was a good idea for her to get out of the common room and follow them, even though it was an accident.

Sorry i haven't been posting lately because i don't have internet at home! But I really enjoy reading this book!!! This is the first time i read a Harry Potter book!! It is such a great book. I love how you could try and imagine what is happening while you are reading. I like how Harry gets all of these letters.... and how Hagrid supports Harry with his grandparents. And just so you know I'm a slow reader.

I just want to jump into the book and tell them what the package is! Yay! Harry got a broom, and the surprise of Malfoy is awesome too! It's a sad day for the great sport of basketball though, because Wood doesn't know what it is. I thought that was really mean of Ron to say even if she was there or not, but I'm glad they went to rescue her, or she might have ended up dead or not friends with them. The story just wouldn't be the same without Hermione in the group. OOH! Is Snape a bad guy? Was he really trying to curse Harry's broom? Gryffindor won! I think Hagrid would be easy to get information out of in court, or Harry would be a good lawyer. One of the two. I am still waiting for someone to punch Malfoy hard, but that might not come. Ron was so close though! I hope they find a book about Nicolas Flamel. I want to play wizard chess. It's so sad that Harry was surprised to have presents. I wonder if he even got things from his aunt and uncle before he knew he was a wizard. Gred and Forge are really funny! That was a smart idea to use the invisibility cloak to go to the Restricted Section. It was a choice that almost got him caught, but it was a good idea. I almost want to stand in front of the Mirror of Erised just to see what my greatest desire is. I don't think that Dumbledore really sees himself with socks, but he might. Oh and I don't know if you all know, but if you read the message on the mirror backwards it has a little saying.

I am having so much fun reading this book I really like how Harry and Ron went like super heroes to save Hermione and it's so sweet how they became friends. It's really strange thought how that troll got in the school and how that same night Snape got hurt and then Harry listening to him talk about Fluffy. By the way that's my dogs name and I named him after this Fluffy. jejeje!! Well I wish flying brooms would actually exist and then Quidditch. It's so impressing how Harry caught the Snitch with his mouth and how he made Gryffindor win for the first time in a very long time. I'm like Rachel I would like to know what my most deep desire is. I also like how Dumbledore doesn't get Harry in trouble. We are almost finished with this book and I am going for the second one.:)

Sorry I didn't post last time - I got sidetracked with some other things. Chapters 7-12 were, I think the best section of the book so far. There is always something going on and you never get bored with what you are reading. It also picks up speed just a bit. Thanks to this book I think I will have to change my view on the Harry Potter series. I never got into it but I am now. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone looking for a good read. I have definitely enjoyed it. I like how the author involves more than just Harry, Ron and Hermione. She includes other characters such as Neville, Percy, Seamus and all of the professors. Sorry this review is so short, and just a reminder, I will be posting the next two on the 21st because I will be at camp all of next week.

Finally Harry, Ron, and Hermoine found out who Nicolas Flamel was. Can any of you imagine living 665 years? It's so weird how Snape all of the sudden decided to become the Quidditch referee. Griyffindore beat Huffelpuff and the game only lasted 5 minutes. And Rachel, Malfoy got hit just as you wanted. Good for Ron and Neville. The dragon Hagrid got was a bad idea no wander the person that he won it from wanted to get rid of it. Ron was lucky of not getting in trouble for getting bit by Norbert. Now Harry, Malfoy, Hermione, and Neville got in trouble after Harry and Hermoine gave Charlie's friends Norbert. Their detention was to go to the forbidden forest and find the one who has been killing the unicorns and Malfoy and Harry oh and Fang found that thing. It's so weird how the centaurs were so disturbed when Firenze was caring Harry on his back and all those things they talked about the planets. I think it was Dumbledore was the one who got Harry his cloak back.

Poor Neville, he always gets picked on, but Harry is so nice to tell Neville that. So Dumbledore's Chocolate Frog card was where Harry had read about Flamel before! The Sorcerer's Stone sounds like an object that a lot of people would try to steal. Flamel being 665 is crazy! I'm so glad that Harry decided to play, and I am super happy that Harry caught the snitch that fast and won the game for Gryffindor! Maybe Malfoy will stop the teasing and bullying now that he has been hit by Ron. Harry, Ron, and Hermione were right about the Sorcerer's Stone, but are they right about Snape? Hagrid has a dragon egg! Oh no! Malfoy saw it too and he knows they are getting rid of Norbert! Harry and Hermione were almost free, but of course Filch caught them. I can't believe the Quidditch team even isn't talking to Harry. Why are the centaur's so confusing? Who was drinking the unicorn's blood? Why did Bane freak out about Firenze giving Harry a ride? Does Snape really want the stone for Voldemort? Why are there so many unanswered questions that I am asking? I can't believe the book is almost over. I wish we could just go through the entire series like this. Oh well. I hope all these questions are answered in the last two chapters.

I also wish we could do this for the whole series, it actually gets me reading, because I'm one of those people that if you don't have to read the book you would only read the the first part and not read the rest. and it really helps me a lot.

I love to talk about books that I like a lot, so it would be really fun.
